EVEN THEN

EVEN THEN

Will you
keep on loving me
As before.

When journey has confined itself
In my feet.
Mirror has declined
To recollect my identity
When a white thicket
Has grown on my face.
When Spring has broken
Its ties with my bald branches.
Will even then
You will dream of
Creating nest in my branches.

When my name
Written on the page of sky
Has got erased.
And,when wrinkles
Have knocked at
The threshold of my eyes
And my wings have
Ceased fluttering

When words,
Escaping my fingertips
Have disappeared in
Crowd of world.
Will even then
You will  love me
My love, my life.
