DIVINE TOUCH
DIVINE TOUCH
She touched my forehead
All my sadness
Melted away
Just as ice melts
From summits
After touch of lips
Of The Sun.
She touched my eyelashes
And the sad calender that
Was hanging on my eyes
Since ages,
Tore away.
She touched my hands
God knows, from where
Showered words
And so many poems
Sptouted in me.
She touched my lips
And cool,calm,pure
Streams of water
Started flowing in me.
Her touch
Was a Divine touch
That awakened in my
Barren land
Rivers and streams of verses.
I was a lifeless soil
By her touch
Life throbbed in me.
