For training in meditation

A Spiritual Mentor has come here


Pacifying your  heart

With inane mind

With feeling of detachment

Getting delirious, remember Him 

This is difficult, but not impossible

He will appear before you right here

Increase your practice, by and by 

For a few seconds, then one minute

Five to ten minutes, many hours

I, too, have witnessed this art


To speak the truth, frankly

I knew, this is an issue of heart      

When, I thought about you for hours

 I started shedding tears while thinking of you

Slept weeping

And lost myself while sleeping

Merged myself in you.


I was well acquainted already

The whole world says, Yoga Mentor too

God is this love only 

Love is  God.
